Although you’ll be coming for world class water skiing, Acapulco Bay offers endless options depending on the desires of your group.
From an 18-hole championship golf course at Tres Vidas, to running our secured residential hills to surf lesson which are available and located conveniently just 10 minutes from the ski site. Surf packages are available to those who would like to be dropped off at the beach each morning and meet up with the skiers for lunch and take a ski ride later in the day!
ZIBU
It’s become a special tradition at Ski Paradise to have a special night out in order to celebrate the end of your vacation. That’s why on Friday nights we go to Zibu, a beautiful restaurant overlooking Puerto Marquez Bay. Zibu offer a menu with great variety of dishes that help to perfectly culminate your culinary journey in Acapulco. Led by famous Mexican Chef, Eduardo Palazuelos, the restaurant offers an interesting menu of Mex-Thai dishes. Gordon and Ski Paradise have a special history with Zibu.
SUNSET BAR
One of Ski Paradise’s signature events. This is when we go to the top of the iconic Las Brisas Hotel, and enjoy a few drinks in their Sunset Bar as we wait for the sun to come down. It’s a great place to relax and bond with the rest of the group after a long day of skiing, and the photo ops are once in a lifetime. Leonardo, the bartender, makes the best gin & tonics in all of Acapulco, and can also make an unbelievable virgin pina colada.
YACHT TRIP
(OPTIONAL)
For our 2023 - 2024 season, Ski Paradise offers to take you on a private yacht trip, where you will be able to cruise around Acapulco Bay, enjoy a swim into one of the many private beaches in the area, experience the sunset from the sea, and if you’re lucky, spot some humpback whales and or dolphins. We’ve even had guests see sea turtles. All of this while you enjoy some refreshments over the beautiful 47 foot Azimut.
TRES VIDAS
On Wednesdays, right in the middle of the week, we have a shorter day at the lake in order to make it to Tres Vidas, a 5 star country club where we go to enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the beach and the pool, together with some fresh margaritas. While at Tres Vidas you can also enjoy a nice relaxing bath, access to a sauna, steam room and therapeutic jacuzzi to help you recover and recharge for the coming days of skiing.
SURFING
Is surfing something that you have always had on your bucket list, but never had the chance to do yet? Or, are you someone who likes surfing and would like to give it a go as you enjoy a great waterski vacation? Acapulco has some great surf during our ski season, and together with the Bonfil Surf Shop we bring you the option to either learn how to surf with some great instruction, or just go enjoy some waves by yourself in a great spot of the Mexican Pacific.
