What would Mexico be without the Margarita! It all began in 1948 during a Christmas party hosted by Margaret "Margarita" Sames, a Dallas socialite of the 1940s. The party was hosted at her vacation home in Acapulco when she decided to mix tequila, Cointreau and lime juice and proudly served it to the likes of John Wayne, Lana Turner and Nick Hilton. The rest is history. We decided to add our own unique Ski Paradise twist which we are proud to share with you.

Gordon's famous Ceasar Salad

Gordon Rathbun's table side Caesar salad has become famous among Ski Paradise guests. Gordon loves to prepare his special salad for your dining pleasure while teaching you the steps to prepare this delicacy yourself. It's not only entertaining but educational as Gordon will share an extensive history of the Caesar salad.

The nightly dining experience at the villa is the perfect compliment to a day in the sun and water. Stories of the past and present are shared by all the guests, and laughter is aplenty.
